An impound lot / tow yard / parking lot in Paleto Bay.

Complete with random car spawns and some random AI as well.
The trailer acts as the attendees home, as you see often times some people live on site in such places. Reminds me of Sons of Anarchy or something haha. Also knew a guy in real life who lived in a trailer on a yard like this to protect it from would be theieves.
The car spawns are a variety of vanilla GTA vehicles to make the place come alive and also entice people to use the lot in the first place. Or perhaps try to steal something from it. LEO's watch out! Security RP anyone? DOT anyone? Enjoy!
After purchase login to your FiveM Keymaster to download. Check spam email as well. Tebex may send an email there. Usually the download link in the email doesn't work though you have to actually go to your FiveM keymaster page.

To Install For FiveM:
1) Just drop into your server in your resources > maps folder or folder of your choice.
2) Add ensure Legacy_PaletoImpoundLot_NFRP to your server.cfg and thats it!
No additional resources required. (How damn refreshing, right?)
This WILL NOT interfere with any of your MLO's or anything. Completely separate YMAP!
