Description:
I have created an LTD gas station (with rear door exit as well for better scenes!) over at Mile Marker G. Across from the Juice Stand. It has a run down/undergoing repairs and renovations look to it. To kind of fit the rustic atmosphere of Grapeseed/Sandy Shores.

I have also added an old storage yard in the back and a derelict building with some homeless people occasionally spawning inside. Or a cool hangout for teenagers no doubt. Fun place for a shoot out as well. Especially if you ever played Battlefield 3 you will feel some vibes heh.

Comes with a hot dog stand too. With AI attendant. And AI peds sit in the chairs out front too every so often. Has a randomly spawning fuel tanker, a scrapyard truck and a rubble truck next to some debris as well as two dirt bikes at the front randomly. As if to be owned by the AI sitting at the tables. Occasionally some other randomly spawning vehicles in parking spots etc.

It feels lived in and real immersive etc. If I was from a country town like Sandy or Grapeseed it would be a spot to hang out in my younger years.

The pipes you see will shoot out high pressure steam if they are shot, which can knock over people close enough.

This spot was formerly the Parkview Diner which was non-enterable and quite a boring property nobody really used at all. So I figured it could use a change! As it is a frequently travelled intersection there. Especially with no other gas station really nearby as well! I had searched forever to find a map addition for this area and could never find one so figured I would make one for everyone. Enjoy!
