A Skate ark / BMX Park with a unique race track suitable for go karts, atv's, dirt bikes, golf carts, RC cars, bicycles etc with new marina docks put in place. The interior of the original Boat House is still under renovations mind you, but some day they will get the funds through good business practices. Entertaining Los Santos residents coming up north for vacation visits.
